Complete biodiesel installation BDA-200 Description of the installation The biodiesel installation consists of both MECAN modules RVA-800 and BDA-200 and the complete tank unit. The installation has completed ca. 500 operating hours and has been used mainly for test purposes. This biodiesel installation can be used to convert all vegetable oil and animal fat into biodiesel. The installation has been used to process the following: • Processed chip fat • Rapeseed oil • Linola oil • Fish oil • Animal fat Capacity The installation is designed for an annual production of ca. 1,500 tons of biodiesel. The capacity however also depends largely on the quality of the raw material and can therefore also vary accordingly. Installation type The biodiesel installation consists of both modules RVA-800 and BDA-200 from MECAN ecosystems AG (Switzerland) and is designed for fully automatic 7 x 24 hour operation. It is controlled via a SiMatic touchscreen. Scope of delivery The installation will be delivered complete, built up and taken into use under expert guidance. The installation consists of: • RVA-800 • BDA-200 • Tank installation (16 x 15,000 litre tanks) • Calibrated flow metre • Complete pipe system Our staff will completely disassemble the installation on the former premises and reassemble it at the new location. The complete installation requires a space of 3 – 400 m2. The company will train and introduce the new operator to the production of biodiesel.
